I use contracts from <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Business-Legal-Forms-Photographers-4th/dp/1581156693/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1267580739&sr=8-1" rel="nofollow">this</a> as a base, and I've compiled other things from contracts I've found online so that they cover what I want them to.

Signature Confirm records the IP address/time/date/etc from the signee. I always print out a copy of the "signed" contract, but Signature Confirm also keeps copies of them all. Since online signing is pretty commonplace now (you do it every time you click an "I Agree" box), I'm confident that the electronically signed documents hold up in court.

++++1 for dropbox. Amazing.

Signature Confirm sounds awesome. I will so check that out. How do you write up your contracts, Tasha? Isn't there a loophool in the legal system for everything these days? I could use a solid, pre-made contracts for most of my clients though - any ideas?

And do you know how sig. confirm works? How can you prove that was them that signed it, ya know?
