Snowsera played the Metro on September 6th, just a few weeks after they released their EP, Fictions, for free download (find it here).
Unfortunately, due to other obligations at the show, I was only able to catch a few minutes of Snowsera’s set, but I hope to see a full set of theirs soon!
Shooting Notes
The lights quickly varied between dim red and bright white, with a constant blue light on the back curtain, which was unusual for the Metro. The light was intense in the center of the stage, with very little light spilling over to the sides, where guitarist Ian Erard and bassist Nate Christenson stayed throughout the set.
Luckily, Snowsera’s performance isn’t terribly fast-paced, so I was able to get away with slightly slower shutter speeds that allowed me to use ISO1600, rather than the 3200 that I used with Last Fast Action later that night.
